Shipping Policy
At Oak & Acorn, every order ships from New Brunswick, Canada at 1:00 PM AST, Monday–Friday (excluding holidays, closures, or otherwise noted delays).
During peak seasons and high-volume events, our processing time may extend to 3–5 business days.
We offer a complimentary untracked shipping option on select items that qualify, as well as tracked and insured services for added peace of mind. All orders are shipped using minimal, earth-friendly packaging, and garments are never individually wrapped in plastic.
We proudly ship worldwide with a variety of delivery speeds available at checkout. Please note that diapers shipped to the U.S. do not include inner gussets. Fabric orders are excluded from untracked free shipping.
Free Untracked Shipping
Our free untracked option may be sent in multiple stay-flat mailers due to size and weight limits. If your order ships in multiple pieces, this will be noted in your shipping confirmation email. Please be aware that these pieces may arrive on different days, as lettermail does not receive the same priority from the postal service as parcel mail.
This service does not include tracking, delivery confirmation, or guaranteed delivery times.
Typical transit time for oversized lettermail is 10–15 business days within Canada and to the U.S. Once across the border, orders are handled by USPS and delivered as “flats.”
If your shipment appears lost or undeliverable, please contact us after 30 days from dispatch. A replacement or store credit may be issued. Free untracked shipping is not insured and therefore not eligible for a refund if lost or stolen.
Because of weight and size restrictions some items may not be eligible for this option.
Upgraded Shipping
Multiple upgraded options are available at checkout.
• Orders over $300 qualify for a free upgrade to expedited shipping.
• Orders over $150 receive free tracked parcel shipping.
If your order is time-sensitive, please choose a tracked or expedited option. All orders follow the same standard processing timeline, even when upgraded shipping is selected.
Changing a Shipping Method After Checkout
If you wish to change your shipping method after placing your order, you may email us with your request. While we do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee that customer service will see your email before your order begins processing.
If your request is received in time and approved, an invoice for the updated shipping fee will be sent. The invoice must be paid in full before the order is dispatched.
