Prototype Samples Merino Wool Menstrual Pads

Prototypes may have aesthetic flaws and slight variations in sizing, thread colour, or snap colour  

Each backing is made with 100% Merino wool that can be lanolized just like a cloth diaper cover to make it waterproof  

The liners are made with 100% organic cotton terry, topped with stay-dry merino wool jersey, and have hidden snaps to attach to the back.

Regular absorbency rating, these are our everyday pad size, prototypes are approximately 9” long.

About the materials

The back pad is made from 2 layers of 100% 220gsm (total 440) superfine merino wool. The snap-in absorbent pads have 2 layers of 350 gsm (total 700gsm) 100% organic cotton topped with ivory merino wool for a comfortable stay-dry layer. Items are not pre-lanolized and should be treated prior to use for best performance.
