Cancellation policy

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate order cancellation requests. However, once an order has begun processing, we are unable to cancel it.

 

Standard Orders

 

If you wish to cancel a standard (in-stock) order, please email us as soon as possible.

Please note that cancellation requests are not guaranteed, especially if the notice is short. Customer service may not see your message before the order enters processing or is prepared for shipment.

Orders that have entered processing, been packed, or have already shipped cannot be cancelled.

 

Preorders

 

Preorders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.

When purchasing a preorder item, you are reserving inventory in advance, and production or allocation begins immediately based on preorder quantities.

 

Backorders

 

A backorder refers to an item that is temporarily out of stock but will be restocked shortly. These items are available for purchase, and the estimated ship date is clearly noted in the product listing description.

Backorders may be cancelled before processing begins, but—just like standard orders—cancellation is not guaranteed if the request is submitted with short notice.
